When placing an order with Pip Designs, production times will vary and can take up to four weeks from completion to arrive at your desired address in busy periods. If your order is urgent, you must inform us before ordering and if possible we can accommodate.
A 25% up front deposit is required to commence work. Once your order has been received and approved and deposit has been made, you can expect pdf proofs within ten working days. Once the proofs have been signed off by yourself, you can expect to receive your stationery within two weeks. It is your responsibility to ensure that forms are completed, payments are made and proofs approved in good time for your own deadline.
Pip Designs holds all copyright for designs and you must not copy or reproduce any of our designs in any way. We reserve the right to share pictures of your orders to advertise and promote Pip designs.
Please remember that computer screens do not ensure a true representation of colour, therefore very slight variations may occur on the final product.
Wording and proofs
It is your responsibility to ensure that the text you supply is free of errors and is how you want it to appear on your stationery. We cannot be held responsible for any spelling mistakes or wording errors. In the final pdf proof, sent to your chosen email address, it is your responsibility to triple check wording, layout and spelling. If there are any changes needed another proof 3 proofs will be sent out to you free of charge. After this time any further amendments will incur a charge of £15.00 per proof.
Pip designs cannot be held responsible for errors that have gone unnoticed after the proofs have been approved by you. Any errors noticed after the printing process are not our responsibility and reprints will be treated as a new order & charged for accordingly.
If an error is made on our part we will replace the items free of charge. However in the event of an order being cancelled by yourselves we cannot refund any money once work has commenced.
All orders will be sent to the address you supply on your order form by royal mail first class recorded delivery, requiring a signature on delivery. For international delivery we will use a similar service and will advise of cost on the first invoice. Please take care to supply an address where you will be able to sign for the package (eg. Your work address) please tell us if there is a specific day you would like to receive your invitations. We accept no responsibilty for items lost in the post or delayed due to postal strikes or circumstances out of our control.
Bespoke terms & conditions
Normal terms & conditions apply, along with the following :-
A £200 non refundable design fee is cleared before any bespoke work begins. This bespoke fee covers the design time for invitation, save the date, standard inserts & rsvp. If you require matching ‘on the day’ stationery our design fee would increase. The client agrees to collaborate on a pinterest board or alternative before any work is started so that we all have a clear idea of the look/ style/colour palette you are hoping for.
The client agrees to give clear and concise feedback after the first and each draft thereafter has been received. We will continue to work with the client until we reach a final design, however the number of amends must not exceed three. Any changes after this will incur an extra charge which will be discussed at the time. Pip designs reserve the right to offer the design to other clients but only after your wedding or event has taken place. Once final design has been agreed, normal printing & other prices apply.
Pip Designs will not copy or otherwise recreate another artists work.
